Braces are having a comeback. Whilst it may seem like a trend you would struggle to wear, it’s actually easier than you think to pull off. To wear braces, you can clip them to the back of your trousers and fasten them to the front. Most have metal clasps but some may use buttons, which will need to be worn with trousers that have button flaps. Braces should be worn without a belt and can make any outfit look neat and sophisticated.

Men’s braces have not only been seen all over the catwalk but on various male celebrities too. Surprisingly, One Direction seem to have embraced the braces trend with Louis Tomlinson spotted wearing blood red clasp style braces over a classic white shirt and black trousers. Daniel Craig has been spotted taking the braces trend with a casual twist. Whilst braces do generally suit a more formal style, Craig has paired his braces with grey jeans and navy blue granddad style t-shirt.
